General conditions (WEEKLY RENTALS)
ENTRY AND EXIT ON SATURDAY – The use of the apartment by a greater number of people than the agreed one is not permitted. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the rent is required, the balance must be paid upon arrival upon delivery of the keys. The rental fee includes: parking space, use of the apartment with availability of complete kitchen equipment; consumption of water, electricity and gas; Color TV + DT, stereo, DVD;

Security deposit of 100 euros which will be returned upon departure after checking the cleanliness and integrity of the equipment. The beach service in front of the residence will offer you a significant discount on rates.

The apartment will be delivered from 3.00pm to 5.00pm on the day of arrival (Saturday) and must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure. Reservations are accepted for free periods (on request).

Bed linen and towels: External service on request €15.00 per person per change.

Tourist tax in favor of the municipality of Rimini: euro 2.00 (for adults over 14 years max 7 days).
